Denny’s Pancake Breakout

Pancake Breakout is a game created by the training team at Denny's to help review with their staff about their new pancake recipe and techniques.

I created the various elements they needed for the game, including mini-posters to identify various pancake cooking techniques, troubleshooting/activity sheets, and food cards to help practice efficient food prep.

In addition to the breakout game materials, I also created designs for calendars, pamphlets, and posters to inform employees of changes in company processes.

The game and training materials were used nationwide in most Denny’s locations to prepare staff for their new recipe rollout.
